Acceptable Use Policies

As a user of Data Studio(formerly known as Looker Studio), you're subject to a Google acceptable use policy ("AUP"). This page explains which AUP applies to you.

Data Studio

If you're using the no-cost version of Data Studio, you're covered by the Data Studio Acceptable Use Policy.

Data Studio Pro

If you're using Data Studio Pro, your acceptable use policy depends on the specific assets (reports and data sources) that you're using:

• When you're working with assets that are owned by your organization, you're covered by the Google Cloud Acceptable Use Policy. This includes content that's located in team workspaces and in your Sandbox.
• When you're working with assets that are in your Owned by me location, you're covered by the Data Studio Acceptable Use Policy.
