If you're looking to smarten up your home security without breaking the bank, these Maxcio door/window sensors are a great start.

This 3-pack gives you coverage for multiple entry points – doors, windows, drawers, cabinets, you name it.

They run on the Tuya Zigbee protocol, which means they need the Maxcio Zigbee gateway (sold separately) to work.

But once you've got that, one hub can connect up to 22 devices, so you can expand your system over time.

The Zigbee connection is more stable and faster than Wi-Fi, so alerts come through in real time.

You'll get instant notifications on your phone through the Maxcio app whenever a door or window opens, no matter where you are.

Plus, you can set up automations – like having a light turn on automatically when the door opens.

And it works with Alexa and Google Home for voice control too.

Installation is dead simple with the included double-sided tape – no tools needed.

Flame-retardant ABS material adds a safety layer.
