It's designed to fit a 5-3/4 inch hole, with an overall size of 10-1/4 by 10-1/4 inches – the standard for many Broan and NuTone models.
It's compatible with a bunch of models including 161-D, 162, 162-K, 9412D-R01, and 9417DN-R01.
Replaces part numbers 97010319 and 99111347 too.
Comes with mounting springs so installation is a snap – just compress the springs, pop it into the hole, and it's secure.
