If you're putting up a cable railing system and need a sturdy side mount corner post, this 42" beauty from Gyykzz has got you covered.

It's black powder-coated T304 stainless steel – tough stuff that resists corrosion and handles impact like a champ.

But heads up, if you're near saltwater, you might want to check with the manufacturer first because T304 isn't recommended within 10 miles of the coast.

This post is a side mount, which saves floor space and makes your deck or stairs look wider and more open – a nice bonus when you're trying to keep sightlines clear.

It's pre-drilled with offset holes and works as both an end and middle post for stair sections.

The 4.5" x 5.5" welded plate has 4 holes and is 6mm thick, giving you a solid, stable mount that won't wobble.

It's designed with 3.15" cable spacing to meet code – most places want you to pass the 4" sphere test, and keeping posts within 4 feet of each other usually does the trick.

But definitely check your local codes before buying, because rules can vary by state.

Available in 35" and 42" heights, with bottom or side mount options, and fixed or adjustable tops.

This corner post is part of a whole system – you'll also need cables, terminals, and maybe a handrail to complete your setup.
