This is a SPST isolating relay rated at 24VAC with a 12FLA current and 18A resistive load at 277VAC max.
Switching power goes up to 4986VA, so it's plenty beefy for most residential gear.
The construction is solid metal – compact, lightweight, and built to last.
It's got 6 wiring terminals and a clear diagram printed right on the unit, so installation is pretty straightforward even if you're not an HVAC pro.
