Beeper

Beeper is an open source "universal chat app". It uses Matrix to bridge to a variety of private chats, including, for example, Instagram, Discord, WhatsApp, Slack, IRC and more.

According to the Beeper FAQ, the team "hate(s) private, siloed chat networks and do(es) not want to contribute to the problem."
