Piyush Mathur reposted thisAnyone who think graph is "niche" technology should tell that to Google 😁Piyush Mathur reposted thisGoogle Cloud just announced The Unified Graph Solution: Spanner Graph and Big Query Graph. Same schema, same GQL + SQL query patterns, the data stays where it is. No pipeline stitching the two together. What that means is you can detect something in real time in Spanner Graph, pull back to understand the broader pattern in BigQuery Graph, and feed that insight back into operations. The operational and analytical sides of graph finally share a language. Kineviz GraphXR integrates both environments, addressing the important question: What happens now that we have a graph? - You can navigate relationships and see how things are related - You can see the patterns emerge - You can trace your conclusions back to the evidence that produced them GraphXR was built for this. The proof is in your progress: - we doubled the number of $100M+ to $1B deals YoY as organizations trust more of their business on our platform. - revenue from products built on our genAI models grew nearly 800% YoY—meaning organizations are moving rapidly from experiment to production. - Gemini Enterprise active users are up 40% QoQ, proving that AI agents are becoming a new standard for the modern workforce. Our differentiation is simple: We provide the only truly integrated, first-party Enterprise AI stack. Piyush Mathur liked thisAgent-to-agent buying moving from theory to actual dollars is where things get interesting. If AI can negotiate directly with publishers, the “why so many hops?” question becomes very real, very fast. Also… if you listen closely, you might hear a yodel coming from the supply side (Y!) 😉Piyush Mathur liked thisOmnicom running agent-to-agent transactions via AdCP is a proof of concept for a much simpler supply chain. The logic is pretty clean: if an AI agent can take a brief and negotiate directly with a publisher agent, why does budget need to route through six systems first? "Supply path optimisation" was always about trimming the fat. Agentic buying is about questioning whether the structure itself still makes sense. Still early, but the pipes are being laid. Worth paying attention to who's building on them. Shout out and credit to Allison Schiff from AdExchanger for the full article in comment 🔗

🔴 Had a fantastic conversation at re:Invent with Rohan Karmarkar, Managing Director of Partner Solutions Architecture at Amazon Web Services (AWS) . Rohan and his team of solution architects sit at the technical center connecting customers, AWS partners, AWS field teams, and AWS product engineering. 🎯 What an amazing role - and Rohan brings the insights! Rohan’s team works directly with ISVs, SIs, and GSIs to help them design, build, and scale solutions on AWS. And this year, one theme comes through loud and clear - AI is completely reshaping modernization. Partners are no longer choosing between modernization and migration. As Rohan shared, AI is speeding up testing, code refactoring, and transformation, making modernization more predictable and cost effective. 🚀 AI becomes a massive driver for migration - and modernization at the same time. 🚀 He also shared insights on powerful capabilities like AWS Transform, Kiro, and Agent Core - plus new extensibility features that allow partners to bring their own domain expertise into modernization workflows. We also explored how AWS connects partner-built offerings with the field, why co-engineering between AWS and partners is increasing, and the exciting new autonomous agents launching across security, DevOps, and more. This conversation is a must-watch for partner leaders who want to understand where AWS is heading and how to build their next generation of offerings. 🎥 Full Substack article in the first comment #AWSreinvent25 Amazon Web Services (AWS) Allison Bishop Megan Barbone Matt Yanchyshyn Mona Chadha Chris Grusz

Launching: Chat with Priyank (beta) today on https://priyank.tech A few weeks ago, I launched priyank.tech as a single home for my work, projects, and notes. Today I’m adding a faster way to get to the signal: Skip the scrolling, ask. “Chat with Priyank” answers questions about my projects, views, and skills by pulling the most relevant context and giving you a concise, useful response. What’s under the hood (and why): - Human‑verified access - Conversations start only after the system knows it’s interacting with a person, not a bot. - Scope & guardrails - It only answers questions about me. When a query is out of scope or uncertain, it responds with a polite “I don’t know.” - Context engineering first (no RAG, yet!) - An analysis by industry veterans suggested that GPT-5 class models can correctly use ~85% of the provided context. I want to see how far careful, prompt, and context design can go before adding retrieval. I’ll evaluate this over the next few days and decide before graduating from beta. - Prompt caching enabled - To keep costs under control (and responses snappy), repeat prompts and shared context are cached. - Early memory layer - A lightweight short-term memory layer powers more personal, consistent answers across sessions. Try it on: https://priyank.tech If it’s your first visit, do subscribe to my newsletter—I’ll share build notes, decisions, and lessons learned there. Starter prompts: “Tell me about your AI and Generative AI expertise “How can you help me become an AI first organization?” Feedback is welcome, especially edge cases and failure modes. #AI #product #buildinpublic #LLM

Very happy to share that Vinay Rao is joining Samaipata as an Operating Partner. Vinay brings deep AI expertise built over decades at the frontier, including senior roles at Anthropic and Google, where he worked on real product and security challenges. He understands not just what these systems can do, but where they break. He is based in San Francisco and serves as CTO of ROOST.tools, a non-profit developing open source infrastructure aimed at improving safety standards across online platforms in the tech ecosystem. After joining our Annual Summit and leading a session on some of the toughest questions in AI today, including reliability, misuse and misalignment, it became clear that he could bring immense value to our community. We wanted to bring his expertise closer to our founders. As an Operating Partner, Vinay will mentor founders of our portfolio companies on critical decisions from day one. In early stage companies, choices around AI architecture, security and governance define speed, defensibility and long term risk. For our founders, having Vinay involved at those moments will make a real difference. Welcome to the team, Vinay. Excited for what is ahead! Thank you to Cinco Días for the coverage. Google is building its largest data center outside the United States — right here in Vizag, India. A $15-billion AI hub that promises to transform India’s digital future. But behind the shiny promise lies a serious question: What is the cost of this AI dream in terms of real-world resources? The intersection of AI and climate is a complex topic, no doubt. We have tried to unpack some parts of it in a video that looks at the environmental impact of this data center on the Vizag landscape and it's people. https://lnkd.in/g8aTXfJg

Nearly 2 years ago, Ashutosh, Varun, and I crowded around a whiteboard debating if AI could understand the nuances behind human conversations. Why does a VP of Sales answer “How’s the quarter going?” one way to the CEO and another to a board member? The context changes the response. That was the spark behind Viven, which we invested in this year. Most AI can pull up data. But what about the relationships, unspoken cues, and history that shape decisions? So much gets lost when people move on from orgs or when stories never make it into docs. Viven calls their approach “pairwise context" - training AI to recognize who’s speaking + listening, and how their relationship shapes the conversation. Those endless debates evolved into a mission to help orgs preserve their most valuable knowledge... the experience and insight that lives in people’s heads and is rarely written down. It’s an ambitious vision, but one that will transform how orgs learn. Work that once moved at the speed of meetings could eventually move at the speed of thought. I shared more about how we’re making this possible, and why I believe in Viven, here → https://lnkd.in/g8C3PkK5

Midmarket customers need simplicity, not hyperscale complexity. 🧩 While AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud were built for global scale, they often fall short for businesses that value clarity, control, and real support. This white paper breaks down the key challenges—like opaque pricing, overengineering, and vendor lock-in—and shows why more partners are choosing CaaB. ✅ Transparent pricing ✅ Turnkey disaster recovery ✅ No lock-in Download the white paper to explore how a purpose-built platform like CaaB - Cloud as a Business helps reduce risk, not shift it.

re:Invent Day 1 is done and it was packed! My day began with a roundtable with some of our best partners talking about how we can better help customers migrate and modernize their AI workloads and use cases. Then Priya Arora and I presented on-stage on how Agentic AI is opening opportunities for partners, from ISVs and SIs, to startups. We shared data from our survey we did with BCG showing the trends in customer adoption of AI, focusing on the industries and use cases with the highest momentum. We also uncovered areas where customers need the most help and support as they roll out their agentic use cases. After that I sat down with 3 key partners, grabbed lunch with a few AWS peers I don't get to see often enough, and had a lot of ad hoc hallway meetings. (It's hard to walk 10 feet at re:Invent without seeing someone you know) But my highlight was launching the new AI Competency and Agentic AI categories for partners. I had a chance to join the AWS OnAir team to talk about it. My team was the driving force behind the launch and I'm proud of what this means for our partner community. We spent months listening to partners tell us they needed a way to stand out in customer conversations around agentic AI. The new AI Competency creates three distinct specialization paths. Agentic AI Applications recognizes partners delivering production-ready autonomous systems. Agentic AI Tools validates partners providing the infrastructure and tooling that makes agent development possible. Agentic AI Consulting Services distinguishes partners with proven expertise helping enterprises design, build, and scale agentic deployments. Each path requires demonstrated technical depth and validated customer outcomes, not just certifications or marketing claims. We launched with 60 partners who achieved the AI specialization. That's the highest number of launch partners in any AWS Competency program so far. Partners like Loka, Anthropic, LangChain, and Mission are already proving their ability to deploy AI systems that handle real business processes autonomously. That validation matters when enterprises are making critical technology decisions. Partners achieving these specializations gain access to funding, co-marketing resources, and priority placement in customer engagements. But what matters most is the market differentiation. When customers are evaluating dozens of partners claiming agentic AI expertise, this competency provides a clear signal about who has actually done the work. For enterprises evaluating partners, this competency provides the differentiation signal you need. These partners have solved the hard problems of moving agents from demo to production, from single use case to enterprise platform. The timing matters. Enterprises are moving past whether to deploy agentic AI and into how to do it at scale. Partners with proven expertise become increasingly valuable as deployment complexity increases. That's what makes this competency so important.

A proud moment for India 🇮🇳 Seeing Hon’ble PM Narendra Modi share the stage with global AI leaders like Sundar Pichai, Sam Altman, Demis Hassabis, Dario Amodei, Brad Smith, and others truly reflects how seriously India is positioning itself in the global AI ecosystem. The launch of the New Delhi Frontier AI Impact Commitments at the #IndiaAIImpactSummit2026 is more than just an announcement — it signals intent. Intent to lead responsibly. Intent to collaborate globally. Intent to ensure AI drives inclusive growth, not just technological advancement. FINALLY!! In addition to the push from government, wall street, and customers, there is now a push from employees too!! In a bold move, over 1,000 Amazon (India) employees are raising concerns about the company's rapid AI expansion. They're calling for sustainable practices and ethical guidelines to protect jobs and the environment. (You can read more about their demands here: https://lnkd.in/gxrnRZKs) It's crucial for tech giants to balance innovation with responsibility. As we embrace AI, let's ensure it's a force for good, not a source of harm. What are your thoughts on this?

Loved seeing this from Josh Clemm. I had the privilege of working closely with him when I led the AI team at Dropbox, and watching the team build a rigorous, scalable eval culture from the ground up was one of the most formative experiences of my career. What Josh describes, evals as the new PRD, online LLM-as-a-judge, production traces feeding back into datasets, isn't just a best practice. It's the difference between shipping AI features with confidence and shipping them with your fingers crossed. Now at Braintrust, I get to see this pattern play out across AI native, digital native, and enterprise companies. The teams that move fast and maintain quality are the ones who've internalized exactly this flywheel. It doesn't happen by accident, it requires tooling, discipline, and leadership that takes evals seriously from day one. Really proud of what the Dropbox team has built. And glad Braintrust could be part of the journey. 🙌
