macOS doesn't natively support .cur or .ani files. However, third-party apps like Mousecape can enable custom cursors on Mac. Note that macOS cursor customization is more limited than Windows.

Can I use custom cursors in my web browser?

Yes! Browser extensions like Custom Cursor for Chrome allow you to use custom cursors while browsing. You can also use our cursors on your own website using CSS.

Each cursor page includes an Embed Code section with ready-to-use CSS that you can copy and paste into your website's stylesheet.

Are these cursors free to use?

Yes, all cursors on Cursors-4U are free to download and use for personal purposes. For commercial use, please check with the original creator if one is credited on the cursor's page.

Can I submit my own cursors?

Yes! We welcome cursor submissions from the community. Please contact us with your cursor files and we'll review them for inclusion. All submissions are reviewed before being published.

How do I save cursors to my favorites?

Click the heart icon on any cursor to add it to your favorites. Your favorites are stored locally in your browser, so they'll persist across sessions. You can view all your saved cursors on the Your Favorites page.

What's the difference between cursor sizes?

Many cursors come in multiple sizes (32×32, 48×48, 64×64, etc.). Larger sizes look better on high-resolution displays but may feel oversized on smaller monitors. Windows will automatically use the most appropriate size from multi-size .cur files.
